1. Blister Foil Rolls (Printed/Plain)
This type of foil is used in the pharmaceutical industry to pack tablets and capsules to protect them from ambient contamination.
The foil thickness options offered are-
- 0.020 +/- 0.016 mm (Foil gsm = 54.20 +/- 4.34)
- 0.025 +/- 0.0020 mm (Foil gsm = 67.75 +/- 5.42)
- 0.030 +/- 0.0024 mm (Foil gsm = 81.30 +/- 6.50)
One side of the foil surface is coated with heat seal lacquer and the other side is printed or unprinted according to the order by the customer.
Printing & Lacquer Coating: Printing will be done as per the text, layout and shade of hand proof as approved by the customer. For non-printed surfaces, a specified clear lacquer will be coated as a protective layer. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable of withstanding 160º C for 1 second dwell time. For printed foil shade, tolerance to heat will be based on a shade card (light to dark) only.

PS/PP/UNIVERSAL LACQUER COATED AL.FOIL LIDS- these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HIPS/PP/PVC/PP.
VMCH/HSL COATED AL. FOIL LID-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of PVC/PET.
POLY LAMINATED AL. FOIL LIDS-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HDPE/PP.
Foil thickness options offered are:
- 0.030 +/- 0.0024 mm (Foil gsm = 81.3 +/- 6.02)
- 0.040 +/- 0.0032 mm (Foil gsm =108.40 +/- 6.67)
The testing procedure includes weightment of a 10 cm x 10 cm sample of the order. Foil surface options include-
- One side bright and other side matt
- Both sides bright

4. Holographic Blister/Aluminium Foil
Holographic threads are fused into the blister foil in such a way that hologram becomes the part of blister foil and cannot be removed or tampered.Our foils are of high quality and are consistent and reliable.The aluminum foil is directly embossed (max width 160mm) hologram image on the surface of aluminum foil. It's embossed by hologram nickel shim. Post this,a customized holographic image is transferred on the aluminum foil using advanced technologies.
